The Coit Museum is currently open by appointment only. Please complete a tour request using the button below. You will receive a confirmation email and further details about your visit via email.
Small groups: Please give us a minimum of three business days to schedule a guide.
Groups larger than 15 people: Please contact us two weeks ahead of your visit.
Interpretive Gallery Tour: Please allow 45-60 minutes for a quality experience.
Extended tour that includes other exhibit spaces: Please allow 60-90 minutes for a quality experience. Tour includes the Interpretive Gallery and exhibits in Skaggs or Drachman Hall.
Larger groups will be split up and rotated through our exhibit spaces.

Planning your visit:
Because we may have to split groups unevenly, we ask that fieldtrips have a 1:8 chaperone to student ratio.
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour. We will meet in the courtyard just north of our interpretive space. Please contact us at (520) 626-1042 if you are delayed.
Leave backpacks, food, and drinks on the bus. We do not have a space to store them during your visit.
